FAQ

Does this include water from food?

No — the result is for drinking water only. Food typically contributes 20–30% of daily water intake, so your total hydration from all sources will be higher.

What counts as very active?

Vigorous exercise for 60+ minutes per day, or physically demanding work throughout the day. Moderate activity covers 30–60 minutes of exercise, and light is a typical office day with a short walk.

Does coffee or tea count toward intake?

Yes, caffeinated drinks contribute to hydration despite mild diuretic effects. However, plain water remains the best source.
